Employee Evolution: Helping our generation answer the hard-hitting questions that come with the biggest transition of our lives.
-A Web site by Ryan & Ryan – “the Guys”
Why are 90 percent of our friends completely unhappy with their jobs? Is this simply an adjustment period between carefree youth and the real world? Or is there something more at play?
In the next five years, we foresee a corporate world turned upside down by people like us who refuse to settle for an unfulfilling “9 to 5,” a world where we boldly rise above our cubicles and declare “enough is enough!”
According to “experts,” Generation Y or the Millennial generation, depending who you ask, are bold, brash and unafraid to tell employers exactly what they want. It’s time we attest to our reputation.
This is our chance to speak our minds! They can’t ignore over 30 million of us already in the workforce or the next 50 million about to enter.
Nobody knows more about our generation than ourselves. The aging, baby-boomer “experts” can only analyze the ambiguous majority. Read the research they have published, tell the world what you think.
Share your work stories – the good, the bad and the ugly… we want to hear all sides.
Our hope is that this website will accomplish 3 things.
1. Confirm our belief that the current corporate system is antiquated and the vast majority of Millennial workers will not simply adapt
2. Educate our Millennial peers in the workforce and those soon to enter the workforce about the current explosion of information regarding our generations extremely different attitudes about work.
3. Create an anonymous dialogue between our generation and the corporations struggling to understand our attitudes about work.

Hey Ryan(s),
A colleague just sent me over to your blog, which is totally appropriate as I frequently speak at universities and corporations on the issue of Millennials at work. I’m putting up a link to you from my blog, Water Cooler Wisdom, at http://www.getthejob.com, and hope you’ll check it out as well as my site at http://www.alexandralevit.com.
My whole gig started when I wrote a book for twenty-somethings called They Don’t Teach Corporate in College a few years ago. Since then, it has been a real adventure!
Looking forward to getting to know you.
PS – Ryan Paugh isn’t by any chance from Gaithersburg, MD?
