greetings, i found your website from the recent WSJ article. I like your site and appreciate your insight into Millennials — the articles are well written. Generational differences are a big part of the work we do at The Learning Cafe and yes we can be the consultants corporations hire to help managers and employees better understand the changing workforce. Our research has led us to a decent profile of the strengths and opportunities of the 4 generations in the workplace although we certainly need more input from Millennials. Would you be interested in posting our survey to your site and or consider a way to help us better understand what keeps your generation motivated, satisfied and prductive at work and what would cause you to leave and or disengage? The survey is about 7 questions and I can easily email to you if you are interested. If I did not live in Seattle I would spend more time returning to the Happy Valley; yes I too am a PSU alum. Thanks for the site and I hope to hear back.
Your post today was phenomenal. If I was starting a business right now, I would look to contact you, or someone like you. You understand how important experience is, and that will help you get to the point of starting something yourself… Good Luck

It’s not too late to reverse your college regret of “not starting a business”. I am part of a 2-year old network marketing company out of San Diego that is exploding! The only product we market is called Frutaiga and is positioned perfectly in front of the next trillion $ industry–the Wellness Industry!Donald Trump and Robert Kiyosaki (Rich Dad, Poor Dad) both recommend this industry in their book “We Want You to be Rich”, because of the ability to generate passive, residual, leveraged income. You need to check this out! Hopefully, more Millennials will do the same. Ciao.
